our Executive Ground Transportation Network of Excellence:
1. Booking and Reservations:
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Reservations must be made in advance, and changes or cancellations should be communicated within the specified time frame to avoid penalties.
2. Fares and Payments:
• Fares are based on the type of vehicle, distance traveled, and any additional services requested.
• Payment terms and methods should be agreed upon in advance.
• Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, or services requested during the journey.
3. Vehicle Availability and Substitution:
• The company reserves the right to substitute the booked vehicle with a similar or upgraded vehicle in case of unforeseen circumstances.
• Every effort will be made to provide the requested vehicle type, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
4. Driver Conduct:
• Drivers will conduct themselves professionally and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Customers are expected to treat the driver and vehicle with respect. Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the service without refund.
5. Liability and Insurance:
• The company holds appropriate insurance coverage for its vehicles and passengers.
• Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. The company is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
6. Delays and Force Majeure:
• The company will make every effort to arrive on time, but delays may occur due to factors beyond its control, such as traffic conditions or adverse weather.
• In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters or road closures, the company will not be held liable for delays or cancellations.
7. Customer Responsibilities:
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including pick-up and drop-off locations, contact details, and special requests.
• Any changes or updates to the booking should be communicated to the company promptly.
8. Privacy Policy:
• The company respects customer privacy and will only use personal information for the purpose of providing transportation services.
• Customer information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Complaints and Disputes:
• Any complaints or disputes should be communicated to the company promptly for resolution.
• Refunds or compensation will be provided at the discretion of the company, based on the circumstances of the case.
10. Termination of Service:
• The company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a journey in cases of non-compliance with these terms and conditions or if the safety of the driver or other passengers is compromised.
